Rakkenho: Yoga for two, Japanese Ayurvedic massage
Rakkenho was established during the 1960’s by Japanese monk Yugen Yamanouchi, And has become the leading Japanese method of Ayurvedic massage. It reminds a simple and enjoyable to create a healthy vibrant life. This method requires two people, and so is called “Yoga for two”.Rakkenho has certain merits that other traditional disciplines like yoga and meditation, when practiced alone, do not have.Rakkenho has benefits for both the person who gives massage and person receiving the massage. It improves body circulation, and improves blood and lymph circulation.Rakkenho massage is given with the feet.  There are many acupressure points of health in the feet, that will be balanced by your body posture, and the massage giver will not be tired quickly. By practicing Rakkenho the giver increasing their basal metabolism and purification even more than the receiver.  After giving Rakkenho can give many of the benefits of exercise. Practicing Rakkenho with others also makes people communication better. Our wish is to get back the health at home by practicing Rakkenho daily with family and friends rather than depending on doctors and hospitals.
